We accept returns and exchanges on most unused and undamaged materials within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original condition – no damage, alterations, or signs of use.
• Materials must be returned in the original packaging (if applicable).
• Proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
• Custom orders, special orders, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any product, please call us at (469) 807-8663 or submit a request through our Contact Page to confirm return eligibility.

Step 2: Return the Product

• Customers can bring the product to our Lewisville Location during business hours.
• For bulk materials or large orders, return freight arrangements must be coordinated in advance.
• If returning via a third-party courier, ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Step 3: Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds & Store Credit

Standard Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
• If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided instead.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for certain materials, especially bulk items or specialty products.

Store Credit Option

• If you plan to exchange the product or make a future purchase, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.
• Store credit never expires and can be used at our Lewisville Location or on qualifying purchases through our Delivery Services.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

• Custom-cut stone, special orders, and clearance items
• Bagged materials that have been opened
• Products that have been installed, altered, or used
• Delivery fees and handling charges

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product or need to swap materials, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• A restocking fee may apply if the exchanged item is a special order or custom-cut product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund if the damage is verified.
• Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective product may be required for verification.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

We understand that plans change, and we allow for cancellations or modifications on certain orders.

• Standard orders can be canceled before shipment or pickup.
• Special orders or custom-cut materials cannot be canceled once processing begins.
